The S4C TAC training partnership was established in 2019 to develop skills in the sector and ensure productions meet the required standards. 

The training programme focuses on 4 main areas:

S4C’s Strategy Priorities as a commissioner and broadcaster

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion – various sessions

Wider production and skills training – various sessions

Industry-specific training and guidance including:

• The NSPCC Introduction to Safeguarding Children in the Media training in line with the S4C Child Protection Policy
• Risk Management Training to comply with legislative requirements
• Quarterly workshops and drop-in sessions with the PRS on music clearance
• BAFTA albert Training
