{"id":4404,"date":"2026-06-10T16:24:20","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T15:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tac.cymru\/?p=4404"},"modified":"2026-06-10T16:25:49","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T15:25:49","slug":"equity-members-in-wales-vote-unanimously-to-adopt-new-tac-equity-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tac.cymru\/cym\/2026\/06\/10\/equity-members-in-wales-vote-unanimously-to-adopt-new-tac-equity-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"Aelodau Equity yng Nghymru yn pledleisio'n unfrydol i fabwysiadu Cytundeb newydd TAC Equity"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae aelodau Equity sy'n gweithio o dan y Cytundeb Teledu TAC\/Equity wedi pleidleisio i fabwysiadu cytundeb newydd sy'n gosod isafswm cyfraddau t\u00e2l, a thelerau ac amodau ar gyfer perfformwyr sy'n gweithio ar gynyrchiadau a gomisiynir ar gyfer S4C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r cytundeb diwygiedig, wedi\u2019i negydu rhwng Equity a TAC yn cynrychioli'r diweddariad mwyaf sylweddol i'r cytundeb ers blynyddoedd, ac yn adlewyrchu'r newidiadau mawr sydd wedi digwydd ym maes cynhyrchu teledu, dosbarthu digidol, arferion gwylio cynulleidfaoedd a thechnoleg newydd sy'n datblygu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cafodd y cytundeb ei gymeradwyo gan aelodau Equity a oedd wedi gweithio o dan gytundeb TAC yn ystod y pum mlynedd diwethaf, mewn pleidlais a wnaeth agor ar 12 Mai a chau ar 22 Mai 2026. Pleidleisiodd yr aelodau 100% o blaid mabwysiadu'r telerau newydd, a bydd gwybodaeth bellach am y cytundeb a\u2019r dyddiad gweithredu yn cael ei ryddhau yn fuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd y cytundeb newydd mewn grym tan 31 Rhagfyr 2027, er bydd isafswm cyfraddau t\u00e2l newydd ar gyfer 2027 yn dilyn trafodaethau sydd i ddechrau ym mis Awst 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae gwelliannau i'r cytundeb yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>amddiffyniadau penodol ar ddefnyddio deallusrwydd artiffisial (AI) mewn cynyrchiadau teledu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cynnydd o 7.5% yn yr isafswm ffioedd (yn weithredol o Orffennaf 2025)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pecyn eang o welliannau i amodau gwaith, darpariaethau mynediad a chynhwysiant, pensiynau, darpariaeth agosatrwydd, a threfniadaeth hawliau digidol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r cytundeb diwygiedig hefyd yn cefnogi datblygiad parhaus cyfryngau gwasanaeth cyhoeddus cyfrwng Cymraeg mewn amgylchedd digidol sy'n newid yn gyflym. Mae darpariaeth peilot newydd sy'n ymwneud ag argaeledd digidol estynedig ar lwyfannau megis S4C Clic, BBC iPlayer a sianeli ar-lein awdurdodedig yn sefydlu strwythurau t\u00e2l wedi'i ddiweddaru sy'n adlewyrchu arferion gwylio sy'n newid a phwysigrwydd cynyddol ffrydio a gwylio ar alw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r cytundeb yn cyflwyno fframwaith peilot dwy flynedd ar gyfer argaeledd digidol estynedig a chomisiynu cynnwys digidol yn unig, gan greu trefniadau talu newydd ar y cyd gan alluogi Equity, TAC a S4C i adolygu gyda'i gilydd sut mae'r modelau hyn yn gweithio wrth i arferion defnydd cynulleidfaoedd barhau i esblygu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dywedodd Llyr Morus, Cadeirydd TAC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cRwy'n falch iawn bod aelodau Equity wedi pleidleisio'n unfrydol i fabwysiadu Cytundeb newydd TAC Equity. Bydd hyn yn gosod strwythur clir ac ymarferol wrth symud ymlaen gan adeiladu ar yr ymddiriedaeth rhwng perfformwyr a chynhyrchwyr.\u202f Mae'r cytundeb hwn yn cynnig fframwaith ymarferol ar gyfer comisiynu llinol a digidol gan alluogi S4C i wireddu ei strategaeth aml-blatfform.\u202f Rwy'n ddiolchgar iawn i Bwyllgor Hawliau TAC am y gwaith caled yn ystod y broses negydu ac i Equity a S4C am eu cydweithrediad, gan sicrhau bod arfer gorau yn cael ei osod yn ein prosesau ar draws y sector cynhyrchu Cymraeg.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dywedodd Simon Curtis, Swyddog Cenedlaethol Equity dros Gymru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\"Mae'r cytundeb hwn yn gam sylweddol ymlaen i berfformwyr sy'n gweithio ar draws y sector cynhyrchu teledu yng Nghymru ac yn dangos y r\u00f4l hanfodol sydd gan gyd-fargeinio wrth lunio dyfodol deallusrwydd artiffisial yn y diwydiannau creadigol.  Mae'r cytundeb hwn yn sefydlu egwyddor bwysig: dylai technoleg gefnogi a chyfoethogi creadigrwydd dynol, nid ei ddisodli na\u2019i ecsbloetio.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\"Ar yr un pryd, mae'r cytundeb yn cydnabod bod arferion gwylio a modelau darlledu yn newid yn gyflym.
