Mae cefnogi'r sector cynhyrchu i ddarparu gweithle diogel a chynhwysol mor bwysig, ac mae sicrhau bod hyfforddiant ar gael yn y Gymraeg yn hanfodol i ddiwallu anghenion cynhyrchwyr a'r sector ddarlledu yng Nghymru. Mae llawer o gwmn\u00efau cynhyrchu yng Nghymru yn gweithio drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg, ac mae darparu hyfforddiant mewn iaith a ffefrir yn cynnig gwell ansawdd gwasanaeth gan arwain at ganlyniadau gwell.
