Mae cefnogi'r sector cynhyrchu i ddarparu gweithle diogel a chynhwysol mor bwysig, ac mae sicrhau bod hyfforddiant ar gael yn y Gymraeg yn hanfodol i ddiwallu anghenion cynhyrchwyr a'r sector ddarlledu yng Nghymru. Mae llawer o gwmn\u00efau cynhyrchu yng Nghymru yn gweithio drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg, ac mae darparu hyfforddiant mewn iaith a ffefrir yn cynnig gwell ansawdd gwasanaeth gan arwain at ganlyniadau gwell.  Mae partneriaeth hyfforddiant TAC S4C yn cynnig rhaglen gref i ddatblygu sgiliau a sicrhau bod cynyrchiadau yn ateb y safonau gofynnol, ac rwy'n croesawu'r bartneriaeth hon a'r cydweithio \u00e2 ScreenSkills.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Dywedodd Hannah Roose \u2013 Rheolwr Cydlynu Hyfforddiant Cymru ScreenSkills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><em>\u201cMae wedi bod yn fraint gweithio ochr yn ochr \u00e2 TAC a S4C ar ran ScreenSkills i ddatblygu\u2019r cyfieithiadau Cymraeg hyn o\u2019n modiwlau e-ddysgu.  Fel Cymraes ac yn ddysgwr Cymraeg, mae\u2019r prosiect hwn yn golygu llawer i mi.  Mae\u2019n adlewyrchu pwysigrwydd iaith, diwylliant a hygyrchedd o fewn y diwydiannau sgrin yng Nghymru. Dyma pam rydym yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 TAC i ddarparu rhaglen hyfforddi drwy gydol y flwyddyn, ac wrth ein bodd yn gweld yr hyfforddiant craidd hwn gan ScreenSkills ar gael trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg am y tro cyntaf. Rydym yn cymryd lles o ddifri a byddem yn annog cymaint o bobl \u00e2 phosib i gael mynediad at y cyrsiau Diogelu ac Atal Bwlio ac Aflonyddu yma.
